Available every day for handbuilding with clay, so book in for a real fun making session.
Whether you are an experienced potter who needs space and equipment to work on their own projects or a beginner who is keen to experiment with clay, everyone is welcome.

Clay Open studio is not a taught lesson, however we will be on hand should you need any suggestions on how best to proceed with your project.

We will be decked out with all the materials you need to make great pots, all your work will also be fired in our kiln. 

You will be provided with 1/2 kg of clay, you will then spend the session making what you like.

Return back at a later date to paint your items you made for a £10.

Contact us with your dates and we can then reserve your spot.

Full payment required at the time of booking, once booking confirmed payment is non refundable and non amendable.

Try out throwing pottery on a wheel with no instructor.  Staff will set you up with the clay then it's all up to you!  You will have 1 hour on the pottery wheel and up to 1/2 kg of clay. 

Cost is £30 per person and last for an hour.

Did you make an amazing piece on the wheel?  Then you have the option of having them fired in our kiln for £6

Extra clay can be purchased at £5 per 1/2 kg

If you prefer a more structred lesson then you can sculpt a one of a kind hand made pottery out of clay…beautiful and functional! Step by step instruction, so no experience is necessary.

Return after two weeks to glaze your piece. Then it goes into the kiln again (£6 additional charge for second glazing) These classes are designed for adults and children 13 years and up.

BYO allowed or drinks can be purchased in our cafe.
