Birthday Parties
Hold your next party at The Painted Pot, whether it's for kids or for the child within, all ages delight in partying and creating!
We specialise in parties for all ages, from tots to grannies, with special birthdays, bridal/ hen parties, baby showers and more. We provide the space, materials and help to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Minimum number for party bookings is 10 and the maximum number is 48. We give you the option where we close the studio to the public free of charge for private parties for a minimum of 38 painters. However, please note that you will need to guarantee a minimum of 38 children as this will be the number you will be charged for, even if less children attend on the day.
Evening parties can also be arranged on request as well as Party To Go Kits.
We can even provide the catering and supply party bags filled with goodies.

PARTY PACKAGE 1 - SIMPLY SPARKLE
£21 per child
Our parties include the following:

PARTY PACKAGE 2 - DAZZLING SILVER PACKAGE

In addition to the what is included package 1 we supply the catering to make it stress free as possible for you!
Catering includes the following:
- Assortment of sandwich platters with various fillings

- Party lasts for 2 hours
PARTY PACKAGE 3 - ULTIMATE COMBO PARTIES, 2 ART ACTIVITIES INCLUDED

£37 per child excluding catering, 2 hour duration
£46 per child including catering, 2.15 hour duration
WEEKDAY PARTY DISCOUNT
We are pleased to offer a discount of 5% off all party bookings made Monday to Friday during term times only (excludes school holiday periods, inset days and bank holidays)
Please quote WKD10 at the time of booking to check eligibility, this must be confirmed when deposit is paid to be valid on the day of the party.

AFTER HOURS PRIVATE STUDIO PARTY - FREE OF CHARGE
We are pleased to offer free private studio hire for parties after hours, where the studio will be closed to the public for your party.
Morning slot between 8am and 10am
Evening slot between 6:30pm and 8:30pm

Pottery Painting Party
Choose from our party range of pottery from animals and figurines and we will provide everything needed to have a fantastic party.
You have the choice of painting with acrylic paint, glitter, seqins & gems and taking the items home with you on the day or have each item glazed and fired ready for collection in 2 weeks.
Foam Clay Party
Children love to do foam clay craft activity together!
Foam clay is light and soft, does not stick to your hands and has a fun and amazing 3D effect. In vibrant and vivid colours it sticks to any unglazed pottery with no mess or staining. The items are air dry.
There is a huge selection of exciting, vibrant, wonderful playthings and fun gifts projects you can create with it, the possibilities are endless!
Items can be taken home on day.
T-Shirt or Bag Design Party
Design your own T-Shirt or Bag using our amazing stencilsor go freestyle. The party includes all artwork preparation, use of stencil and stamp designs.
The party choice is alot of fun for everyone to enjoy!

We offer build a bear party packages where you can create your own cute bears and animals! Each child will get to go home with their own teddy.

Adult/Hen Party/Baby Shower
For the bride, groom or parents to be who are seeking a creative alternative to a traditional celebration. We can organise a fun and exciting party event where everyone can paint ceramics or decopatching. Whether it’s a hen party, corporate event or any other occasion we can organise that event for you. We can even hold evening parties on request.
We can provide food if required, feel free to bring along your own bubbles or wine.

- Hot drink or juice for each painter
- Parties last for 2 hours
PARTY PACKAGE WITH FOOD £30 per painter
In addition to all of the above
- We provide the catering which includes sandwich platters and hot drink or juice for each painter
- Party lasts for 2.5 hours
£70 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your reservation. The deposit will be taken off your final bill on the day of the party, it is not an additional cost. All party activities are subject to stock availability.
Due to space constraints only a small number of adults can stay, please enquire at the time of booking.
